Build is working out great with Rajazan. Currently killed him 2 times, no swords yet tho.

Would Rajazan's Fervor be a viable weapon to use for this? Or should I try for a +5e sword with a fortitude mod?

The best set for a touch ranger is Gordac's set. 2x20% faster recharge, +17 total energy, +1 Blood 20%. The 20% faster cast on Milth's staff is a waste, unless you got to get OoB under 1/4 cast time....

It depends on what you are fighting.
Faster recharge is definitely nice, but I have soloed all of the above, frequently on my first try, without any recharge mods at all. I have 60 HP instead, which frequently comes in handy, especially when I get a lvl 13 vamp touch.
I would also not trade the fact that using a katana forces you into melee range for a wand. I find that very useful, since it means that Throw Dirt and Whirling are more effective, and it means that I never have to wait for my ranger to close into melee range to vamp.
To answer some of the above questions:
Rit Construct is rated easy because once you strip him of his guards, he will try to use spirits to keep himself alive. If you consistently vamp him down, then move as soon as he drops a spirit, you will find that the fight is over quickly. If instead you fight him among his spirits, you will find he runs you out of EN.
Sskai is not easy with this build. I've gotten pretty good with it, and I have never gotten close to killing him. I kill Geoffer instead.
I'll pay Craw a visit soon.

whirling defences make youre enemy run away by the way. At least if there are more than one enemy in combination with ward against enemys this is a real pain
I tried this build in missions too but i think if you run around with henchmen for quests its not that good. Doesn't help you if you are the last man standing

You are just flat out wrong here, the best set for touch is Gordac's. You can play with whatever toys you like, heck you can use toothpicks. Doesn't change the facts.
I also like to note most of you run around with that gear. Well if you aren't using a weapon with either +5 armor or +30 health and a stance shield with +45 health, -2 damage, again you are using subpar equipment for the task. But then again, toothpicks may make the challenge more appealing.

@Vexed Arcanist, he did not say that Gordac's was better or worse, just that he preferred what he used. Using the equipment that you suggest would actually be using subpar equipment. You get hit ~25% of the time during the fight, meaning that that extra armor and -2 damage on the shield are only in use for one in four attacks. To top that off, you now don't have an offhand or a primary weapon that is granting you +energy, so you lose ~17 max energy.
I'm not sure what brand you're using, but my toothpicks kick some major ass.

The weapon and shield is for RUNNING..............as I stated. You use it on a switch. You can opt for something like Geoffer's Bulwark vs. Piercing if you care to, it would depend on a very specific environment. However overall the gear I stated is what types of items you should strive to have.
Gordac's set is, without question, the top of the gear heap once you commence touching. Now in some odd, peculiar setting there may be an odd set of gear specific to your situation. It fails me to come up with one at this moment.

I recommended what I recommended for the reasons listed above, for the targets listed above.
On the subject of recharge vs HP, I have a few comments as an experienced user. With two touch skills up, I don't really ever wait for recharge, and it is actually helpful to have them operate at exactly the same speed throughout the fight because the fight develops a consistent rhythm, albeit one with lower DPS. As for OoB, I have almost never run out of EN before running out of life. The more normal thing is having insufficient life to use OoB and having to wait for that reason before using it. OoB's recharge time is a tactical consideration, but the times that I wish OoB would charge faster are few. The skills that I typically stare at trying to will them to recharge are not Blood Magic skills, they are Expertise skills namely Throw Dirt and Whirling Defense. Finally, my experience with running has been that I don't die from melee damage, I die from hex or condition degen which I can't counter because I am running my ass off.
To sum up, in PvP I have no doubt that Gordac's would usually be better, but I haven't really been interested in running this build in PvP like everyone else and their mother, nor is this a PvP thread. In PvE for greens I am going to stick with my toothpick for the reasons listed above, and I am going to continue to recommend toothpicks to those interested in trying what I have tried.
EDIT:
I'm currently trying to figure out how to kill Assassin Construct in Silent Surf and it's hard. Haven't gotten to try Craw yet.
Well, I killed Assassin's Construct, but it's probably not repeatable often. Damn, lol. This is one case where faster OoB might have helped, b/c he is easy to keep blinded.
2nd edit: Clarity.

easy, pull him to the very edge of the warrior's isle bodyguard-esque area he's on and you won't aggro the ambush.

@Juicey:
Is there a drop from Senkai?
I tried him but was not successful b/c was not expecting the ambush.
Also, can anyone confirm that Warden of Saprophytes drops Falaharn's? I've killed him a lot and no drop ever.

@Hanego
According to guildwiki, there is no drop from Senkai. I have only bothered to run to him and kill him twice, he did not drop any green item.
The warden of Saprophytes does in fact drop Falaharn's, he dropped it on my first killing of him.

Thx bud, just wanted to give something back. Glad you enjoyed yourself and got a green.
Craw is really, really easy for this build.
@Juicey: Thx on the Falaharn. Guess I'll hit him a couple more times and see what happens. Think I killed 10 or 15 times and nada.

I can never make it to Rajazan alive I made it once and then he killed me :/.
I also can't take xuekao at all, same thing with Goeffer. I keep killing Craw (who so far gave me 3 stonereapers and 1 gold max +14% while hexed +30hp Morning Star Axe (req8), luckily the mod salvaged and was promtly sold for 30k) and Milthuran repeatedly, same thing with rits construct/strongroot (no greens and longer time though)

First off, the build beginning this thread needs to be modified depending on what you are killing. Signet of Agony, which is great for killing Lou, Sappy, etc. is a wasted skill slot on Craw or Rajazan because it's either totally ineffective or it will be plaguetouched right back on you.
For Raja, the keys for me were: 1) taking two run skills, and 2) watching patrolling Es and Mes carefullly. Other things can kill you but only those can usually kill you as you're running your ass off.
I apologize for not giving more details on the runs. I just wanted to share what was possible with the touch build. I've been pretty busy expanding the list and tinkering.

easiest build to use is drop plague touch for lightning reflex, you can chain reflex, whirling, dirt, back to reflex which is great for war bosses [you can kill geoffer without even bothering kill the assassin and war following him] it's also a nice build to run and kill merki with [kill group at northern edge, then pull him so you dont aggro krakens] then you can take a short jog over to rajazan and wipe him out, 2 bosses in 1 run is
btw if you have trouble with rajazan, here is a nice video from the ranger's beacon 2 on how to touch him into deathhh.

Good suggestion, I didn't think of giving up plague touch. Riskier if you get close to an Outcast Assassin, otherwise very solid.
Good idea.
